Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Quality Inspector/Doc Control professional to join their client's team in North County. This role is essential in ensuring that products and materials meet the company's quality standards and specifications. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and analyzing processes to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products and materials during manufacturing to ensure they meet company specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor, inspect, analyze, and review processes and procedures for accuracy and completeness to ensure compliance with QMS/ISO procedures.
• Conduct quality tests and measurements using various tools to identify defects or non-conformance in products.
• Document findings, maintaining a detailed record of inspections, tests, and quality assurance processes to support compliance and continuous improvement efforts.
• Create and update department procedures and work instructions in the system with input from Operations, Packaging, Production Planning, Technical Product Managers, and Inventory Control.
• Collaborate closely with production teams to prevent non-conforming products and continuously improve quality processes.
• Identify and report quality issues to management, recommending corrective actions as necessary.
